Our main role is to bridge the gap between the production team and the client. We do this by understanding and discussing arising issues with either party while adapting to the various internal procedures of the contracting party keeping the client satisfaction in mind at each instances.

Our responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project management triangle, which are cost, time, scope and quality.

Tools, knowledge and techniques

Our in-house project management and collaboration tool builds and monitors Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and analyses the critical path and earned value throughout the project cycle. It helps manage issues and risk that often influences project progress and assist the project manager to reduce risk significantly by recording project participants’ opinions and concerns and tabling mitigation steps.
